Yes, the name is quirky. However, the cork pattern is not. This pattern is a pretty toned down gray with some visible texture throughout. The underlying pattern is Bambus Stripe as well as mache rectangular pieces of cork. The finish is a high resistance ceramic matte finish. 
 
This would work well in a bedroom or living room. The aesthetic is very subtle. Check in with us to see if would be suitable for your installation.
